We teach the internal method of Grandmaster Chu Shong Tin, with Tuesday evening group classes and private lessons. Beginners are always welcome.

Group classes run on Tuesday evenings: beginners 7:00 to 8:00pm, intermediate and advanced 7:00 to 8:30pm. Private one-on-one lessons are available by arrangement at flexible times, including mornings and weekends.

No. Beginners are welcome and most students start with no experience. Wing Chun suits any age and body type, because it relies on structure and sensitivity rather than size or strength. Just wear comfortable clothing and bring water to your first class.
